Sounds great! Do you find the valves make a noticeable difference? Is it too loud with valves open? Drone?
When closed at 3K or less the car is definitely “quieter,” although most would likely still think its loud. But there’s a bunch of cool sounds that happen down at that rpm only when the valves are open. Once you crack 4K everything’s open in either setting and all hell breaks loose.
When the windows are up and the valves are open there’s cabin drone around 2500-3500. Not so much when valves are closed. Having said that, I’m rarely driving when it’s not windows down weather and hardly ever spending time below 4500.
Bottom line - I always have valves open listen to all the glory at 4500+ and love it

I have a long thread on this, valved side deletes and center bypass. I was at first freaked out with how loud it is, but after quite some time with it, I'm quite happy. Cold starts with garage closed, valves closed in consideration to the neighbors. I have the Carnewal remote, so I can close and open the valves at will and it retains the position last used. There's definitely a difference with valves closed. At around 2-3K rpm, just touching the gas you can cruise along, speak on the phone, over bluetooth, etc. You don't want to log the engine below 2K anyway-
With the valves open, you will scare people if you open it up and scream it-and shame all the BMWs and cars with their popcorn tuned turbos, american V8s, etc.
One of the reasons I did it was because of all the electric scooters and mopeds, drunk and stoned people etc. There was a case in Ft Lauderdale recently, where drunk patrons visiting from Europe fell off the curb in front of the bar and got run over by a 911(not sure which, but probably a 991)
The front wheel definitely ran them over-driver had almost no time to react other than a quick turn but still, front wheel ran them down. Driver didn't stop, even though it wasn't his fault. But FL law says you have to stop and not leave the scene of an accident. In any case, loud car might have helped. But these people were slobbering drunk anyway and even admitted so on a follow up.
Anyway, I get close calls with people driving with no lights on, etc on a daily basis, so loud is good!
I'm practically running a Super Cup system but with valves:
Thank you for the feedback! I too prefer a loud exhaust in my city as people often walk out in the middle of the street without looking! My exhaust doesn't sound as good as yours though!
John Gaydos at Soul is a class act and stands by his products. I love my Soul exhaust and extremely happy how the exhaust turns to a gold color to match my gold graphics perfectly. Do not hesitate purchasing from John and team at Soul!

Why thank you very much! What a nice thing to read on a Monday morning haha. I'm glad you're enjoying the exhaust setup, keep putting miles on it!
