Default GT2 and GT2RS Mesh Grille

After all these years, I have decided to protect the coolers up front. So I am looking to buy one set or maybe two sets of mesh grilles for '08/'09 GT2 and for '11GT2RS. (Looking at the cars the front nose appear identical.)

I have contacted Rennline and Zunsport and neither company has ever made a set for these cars.

http://www.rennline.com/

Any suggestions?
TIA.

^Thank you. I sent them an email, and I bought an exhaust from them 2 years ago for my '94 turbo. But I don't think that they make this stuff.

Zunsport in England would make me a custom set, but they need a car in England to model after...maybe someone on this forum in England wants a set also?

You could always DIY... Not hard, just putzy.

Try here

I like the black mesh as it blends nicely. But it is fiddly to get set properly if I recall.

Jonwb, that looks like Rennline, or home made?
I just bought a set from Rennline and installed in my 3.8RS.

Thank you Modena. I will send them a note as well.
I'm hoping that the the Cargraphic folks pull through.
(I need to have the bumper pulled off both cars and the coolers cleaned. And this would be a good time to install black mesh).

You may want to consider having a meticulous body guy install it. They will know the tricks of the trade and what materials to use to make it look flush and perfect.

^Yes, I agree. Thank you.
I have the perfect person in TX; they just installed on my GT3RS, install SunTek PPF, and get the car serviced. It takes me a little time, but I haul cars back & forth from CO to TX. 1,000 miles one way, but I trust the man.

Did you see a photo of how they will look before hand? Can you give me the contact details of the person you spoke to at Zunsport? I'm in the UK and thinking about doing this for my GT2RS front bumper but I'd want to see how it would look first. Would they remove the original grills or would they sit behind them?

Not sure if this helps at all iSysman but I have just recently visited Zunsport to have my Turbo fitted with the grills.

I am very pleased with them apart from the fact that the centre grill is in two halves to go around the Adaptive Cruise control eye, where the halves meet it is under slight pressure and as such one side sits slightly proud of the other. This was enough to bug me so I put a small plastic tie wrap to hold them together and hot glue gunned them to stay in place. A bit of gloss black touch up paint and I'm happier with the look.

Anyway, here's how they look on my car.
