Default Boxster 987 System fault

I had a new pioneer head unit fitted to my 2007 Boxster 987 with Bose by an audio specialist. Since then when i first drive the car i get a System Fault message on the dash, all the lights come on briefly (engine warning, traction control, temp light, cruise control and the rpm gauge drops off then comes back quickly) then go out. This seems to happen when the car just about get to running temp. Once this has happened it doesn't do it again until the next time i drive it. The car runs fine all the time. Do you this this could be related to the radio install? I have a picture and video if it helps. Any advise would be appreciated.

In general, you need to read the codes, in this case, probably the deep Porsche codes that can only be read by special tools. These include the dealer tool of course, a Durametric which you can find via your local PCA, an Independent Porsche specialist...may be other tools out there.

Thanks for the reply. I am taking it back to the audio shop so they can read the fault codes. I wasn't sure if anyone else had experienced this issue.
