Love the interior. It would have been cool if they customized it just a bit more--maybe chrome metal grilles in the front fascia and rear grille areas, retro badging, etc.
Funny how it has taken Porsche 50 years to build a million 911s, compared to other cars. Ford built its millionth Mustang just one year into Mustang production. Henry Ford built his millionth Model T after only 7 years of production and built over 15 million of them in less than 20 years.
Then again, if Porsche sold 911s for $850, they could sell a ton of them, too.

OK, if we're putting on our technical hats ...
It technically is 1 of 1 million. But so are all 911's now. Each element of a set is 1 of the set. To refer to its sequence number (the 1 millionth 911) is what makes it special.

I think that's what he means--this car is number 1,000,000 of 1,000,000--at least that's how I took it.
The more I look at that interior, the more I like it.
Porsche should do a run of special edition 50th anniversary cars with original colors and that interior (color coordinated, of course). They would sell like hotcakes.
