SoCal Area Porsche dealer Service Department Recommendations
Hi There Everyone,
In February I purchased a CPO'd 2011 GTS convertible in Austin Texas. Which I LOVE!
I had a few minor issues that needed to be taken care of. Since I live in Long Beach, I took the car to Circle Porsche in Long Beach. I had to take the car back three times to get these items resolved and one item is still not right.
I have to say that Circle Porsche's service department was disappointing to say the least. They did not take my concerns seriously and were quite apathetic every time I brought the car back to them.
I have a 6 year service coming up and a couple of niggles still need to be worked out.
Can someone recommend a dealer service department that prides themselves on excellent service in my area? possibly a service adviser as well?
These are the Dealers that I would say are driveable for me:
Newport Beach Porsche
Porsche South Bay
Porsche downtown LA
McKenna Porsche Norwalk
I truly enjoy reading through this forum and feel it's such a helpful resource!
Big Thanks for your Help!

Go see Mel at McKenna. Awesome. Many of us use him.

McKenna is closer to you, but Rambo at Porsche Downtown LA is also awesome. This learned after a HORRIBLE experience at Porche Beverly Hills a month ago when I took my car to them for service and it was returned to me with $2400 worth of front bumper damage and granola sprinkled about the interior. Total negligent A-HOLES.

Fwiw I've had good experiences w Porsche South Bay. Rick Gutierrez is my current service advisor but I've been happy with all of them.
If you are willing to goto an Indy, lots nearby: Callas, Arredondo, Dutch Treat are a few off the top of my head.

If you're looking for an indy shop with a phenomenal reputation, try out TRE in Van Nuys or TLG in North Hollywood (no affiliation to either) - it's a bit of a drive, but the work will be absolutely spot on. Just my 2 cents..
