anybody done their rear spoiler in black

Try to plastidip it. Takes no time and is easy to tare off. You can also play with matte or gloss paint. 5-6 layers is recommended I think if you want to tare it off easily. Afterwards you can repaint but at least you have time to evaluate. Actually - it's probably better for RV etc to keep it original and just use plastidip.

Check out Autodip. Seriously, I can't say enough about how well it works. Unlike plastijunk, it has a true gloss finish and is actually vinyl wrap in liquid form until it dries. Once it dries, it's wrap. I did my turbo wheels and everyone thinks it's powder coat. My original wheels are safe and original and I can change the color whenever I get bored...like often lol!

If you are going to spend time to do it, and like how it comes out, I'd skip plastidip if you want a gloss look to match the paint. If you want gloss, check out Autodip. WORLD better then plastidip ...I have ZERO affiliation with them. I just used their product and was shocked how good it is!

I know it would be a royal pain but have you ever thought about just making the inner part of the louvers gloss black?
I've been thinking about wrapping my car blue (currently black) and leaving the inner louvers gloss black.
