Installed a low temp 160F thermostat today. Decided to do a little test with the new and old side by side to make sure things were working properly before installation. New 160 began opening right on que at 158-160F and was fully open by 172F. Old 180F barely began to open at 190 and was still less than half open by 200F. Ran it to 210 and didn't see a change.
