Looking at changing up the factory black lobsters and can't make up my mind. Thinking of going with something different over the winter.
Saw a pic of some beautiful bronze Vossen VWS but not sure how that would look on guards red. Dark grey/graphite is another option.
Any GR owners out there with something to inspire me towards a decision?

Hey Blassy! While we don't have the Vossen x Work Series on our new virtual garage, you can kind of get a general idea messing around with it with our new tool below
I have the 991 uploaded and will have the 997 in the 2-3 months... You can change the color of the car, adjust the suspension, choose the wheels and color, etc.
The VWS series is a bit more complex in 3D, that is why its not loaded yet.
Not a Porsche but this Red RS5 has graphite VWS-1 Wheels. Red GT-R with bronze lip/black face.

^^^ just try out your virtual garage & wow, nice work............looking forward when the 997 get uploaded.
Thank you! We put a ton of effort into it, no one else in the wheel industry is close to our 3D Garage. We will update it constantly with cars starting in February, probably 10 or so additions a week.
My car has wheels that are slightly lighter than what most people would consider "gunmetal" or graphite but darker than any typical "silver or grey". Works perfect for me as I am not a fan of black wheels and sometimes gunmetal gets close to looking black after a couple weeks of brake dust and if it is in the shade. Bronze looks cool too, but a little more "edgy" for my taste. Something i would never do but like the looks of.
Feature Enhancement Suggestions:
1) Adjustable light source. The lightbox effect does not offer an accurate representation of real world lighting which can drastically change the way a wheel looks. Let me adjust the light source intensity, warmth, angle..etc.
2) Locations. Add some locations that can cast shadows and alter lighting. By the sea, in a warehouse, outside a warehouse, in a park (summer, fall) would all give a better impression of how a wheel is going to look in the real world.
3) Adjustable Offsets. Let me get up close and personal with the wheels and adjust the offset to get that perfect look I'm going for.
4) Movement. Let's see how those wheels look at 5mph, 30mph, 60mph.
Still the best tool I've seen for testing wheel combinations out on your car. Great job!!!
Here's my Guards Red '09 C2 with graphite/gunmetal finish 19" wheels:
Looks fantastic! What brand of wheels are those, and what are the specs? They look just like a 5 lug version of the 997.2 GT3RS Centerlocks. Particularly interested in the weights & offsets.
