Thumbs up PDK Alcantara Sport Steering Wheel Sale($695) @ Suncoast

Hey all, Suncoast is having a sale on the alcantara version of the PDK sports design wheel (with paddles). They normally go for $995 (link here) but they are on sale right now for $695 (link here). I've been looking to upgrade all year and finally bit the bullet this weekend.

On Saturday, they had 11 available, then they went out of stock on Sunday, but right now it says they have 4 to sell.

Get it while it's hot.

P.S. no affiliation to Suncoast, just like a good deal

A repeat of their Black Friday sale! Ask me how I know...there's a steering wheel sized box under the Christmas tree with my name on it :-)

Nice! I didn't know Suncoast did the Black Friday thing. Good to know for next year.

Is it bad if I don't want to get this upgrade because if I did, I'd lose my heated steering wheel option?

Just keep the stock wheel and swap it back if you ever sell or change your mind

If you actually use it, then nope. I actually have the multi-function steering wheel but don't really use it much, so it was an easy choice for me for the awesome paddles.

There's one under mine too & I was wondering why my wife was googling images of paddle wheels

It's a real good deal on these wheels, if you just have a browse through ebay they are going for more than that used!
Just buy some gloves

Because it has the lights on the wheel that don't work for the '09...when they are off you can't see them anyway so it's not something that's going to bother me :-)

I bought this steering wheel from Suncoast and had Porsche dealership install it. My stock one didn't have controls for PCM. My heated steering wheel option gets the wood portion really hot and fast which is great now that the winter is here. Gets hot in a matter of a minute.

Looks really slick and matches very nicely with your interior.

I'm not a fan of the alcantara wheel at all. It looks like an overstuffed cheap steering wheel cover to me. Maybe if I saw it in person. Then again I'm in love with my Carbon Fiber wheel that I couldn't see anything coming close as a replacement.
