Sports Car PDK Service Callas Rennsport 06-18-2014

• Drain PDK fluid, replace drain plug (Factory installed drain plug is plastic).
• Replace Transmission pan (incorporates filter assembly), torque aluminum pan bolts (6mmx25mm) to 24 inch pounds.
• Tape oil pan seam under fill plug area to keep oil out of crevice (Tape roughly 6” long).
• Static fill the PDK fluid until runs out of the fill hole, leave fill plug off.
• Connect Scan tool and turn unit on to monitor PDK fluid temperature.
• Start and run engine in Park, immediately add fluid if not running out of fill hole, maintain this level through whole process.
• Cycle shifter through all modes (R-N-D) once, pausing for 1-2 seconds in each mode.
• Move shifter selector into Park mode.
• Closely monitor PDK fluid temperature, at 30°C put vehicle with scan tool into transmission “fill mode” (Scan tool will not enter “Fill Mode” until 30°C and no higher than 40°C, the “Oil Fill” mode ends after 5 minutes).
• Now fill PDK fluid while in “Fill Mode” also. Put fill plug in and torque to 26 +/- 2 ft./lbs. while engine still running.
• Remove tape and clean all residual fluid off of exterior surfaces.
• Turn engine off.
• Reassemble car as necessary.
• Perform rear wheel alignment on Mid-Engine models.
NOTE: Callas Rennsport Service Interval recommended very 40k miles (60k per manufacturer).

Transmission Pan/Filter Kit 9G1.321.025.00 (Includes drain plug and pan bolts)
Transmission Fluid 000.043.207.29 (Should require roughly 4.5 – 5.0 Liters)

Thanks for the replies. I called the local dealers. Only Walter seem to know what is involved in the PDF service. McKenna said they only done a couple. I can't get a call back from rusnack. The couple of the Porsche shop in riverside didn't know that there were two oil in the Pdk. So it looks like it's going to be Walter (closer to me) or go all the way to Torrance.
