car looks great! I was wondering, can the bottom lip be separated for replacement? I am running H&R and trying to plan ahead for replacement if necessary.

Yes. The lip is replaceable. I just replaced mine. I have H&R too and trust me, the lip will get abused.

Was there a particular reason you didn't go with a 997.2 Aerokit bumper? Will it fit? I always thought the 997.2 redesign made the front of the car look much more modern.

MUCH more costly. All of the plastic ducting behind the bumper needs to be changed, as do the wheel liners, new LED lighting needs to be purchased, and either your old wiring harness needs to be hacked, or buy the FVD cable for ~$500

YEP, the reason? I like it much better than the 997.2, as for more "modern", I don't agree, go look at the 2017 911R, GT3 and GT3 RS and tell me if it looks more like the 997.2 aero or 997.1 aero. The vents and bumper shape are the same shape and similar look on the 991.1 GT3/R as the 997.1 GT3.

Its all personal taste, but I love the 997.1 GT3 and 991.1 GT3/911R front end. If we are talking stoke, I like the 997.2 better with an added small front lip. Just my opinion.
