Gary...as usual you are setting the bar high for the Atlanta Porsche community. The black on black theme is working very well on your P-car. Hope that you are doing well, and have a Happy Thanksgiving.

wow, looks really good.

I was thinking about doing those as well as some type of stripe(s) on the top of hood and roof similar to 911R, but I don't want it to be a total wannabe, so I need to figure out a different design for the top.

Still trying to figure out what decal colors would go well with Guard Red. White?

rodH...I'm with you and EMC2. I have an 2009 arctic silver C2S that I would love to change the look on, however (and I mean no disrespect to EMC2 because I think his car rocks), I am not a fan of the Porsche side decals along the door. i really like the 911R stripes look or perhaps one down the center from front to rear. Does anyone have any pictures they could share of something along those lines? With the silver paint and red calipers I was thinking maybe center striping in red???

wow. Yes they do I guess the only concern would be my gunmetal wheel color. To match them or different. Probably lighter than the wheels. Or the other option is to go white decals and grey wheels, which might be a similar contrast to the white wheels and grey decals.

Looks really good. I wonder how a red center stripe would look on arctic silver? Or perhaps I follow EMC2's lead and go with a charcoal gray center stripe to keep it more subtle. Thoughts?

Thanks guys.

Here is an example with gray on silver. Could look really good imho.

For the question on red; here is one from a Reenlist member BAD_No_1 that worked really well;

Tom, that's a 991 front lip. Also something I need to get around to doing...

Cheers.

J, I see no reason why it wouldn't work on a cab if you like the look. Next spring I may try the c4s in matte black on my black cab to see what it looks like. Its about $50 so if I don't like it I will just rip it off

Cheers

Bit much from my perspective. I would have either gone with the black guard or the white side decal. The 2 of them just cuts it up in my view

Thanks - yes I'm inclined to agree with you, may just pick one up and give it a go in the spring after the car gets a much needed detail.
So have you found one that actually says "C4S"? (As opposed to scripted "Carrera 4S") Mind sharing the source?

TIA

I like it. Would not have guessed that black on black would look so good.
