Default WTB winter tires

I want to use my 997.1 S this winter instead of placing it in storage.

Anyone have a set of winter wheels and tires with low mileage that works for the 997?

Thanks

Mark

The for sale section of your local PCA chapter website always has something..... most I've seen were in the Spring... but check it out.

Bruce.

I appreciate the suggestion. Please keep an eye out for me and I will check in with the local NJ chapters.

Thanks

I recommend buying a set of new wheels in the proper sizes and offsets and then buying a set of new winter tires. Winter wheels can take a beating from potholes and such. Winter tires lose their "magic" after a few seasons, even if the tread still looks okay. I wouldn't risk it with used tires.

Try www.tirerack.com. They sell wheels and tires.
