Team,
Should I opt for an OEM replacement clutch or do you have performance upgrade options you advise. If so why? I am ok with a heavier clutch if it delivers superior results and longevity.

I have 100k miles on my original clutch while other have theirs packed in at 30k so lots depends on your driving habits and use. Hard on clutch? Mainly highway or stop and go? Track? How many k on current clutch?

General consensus is the stock clutch has plenty of holding power and longevity. Unless you are planning some serious power mods I would stick with the OEM.

I'd stay away from any lightweight flywheel. Unknowingly, I had one in my car for the first two years of ownership, only recently discovering that it was there. Replaced with OE quality pressure plate, disc and dual mass flywheel and the car drives in a much more civilized manner. Previously, the lightweight flywheel made stop and go driving more difficult.
