Default Dead batter, replaced, now PSM failure fault

Dead batter, replaced, now PSM failure fault.
Insert the key and hear a quick buzz in the fender well, have PSM fault.
Will it clear up when I drive it or does it have to be reset?
Pushing the PSM has no effect.

Thanks again. Rennlist is priceless
