Default Disconnected battery and reconnected PSM failure

Any reason why PSM failure occurs when you reconnect battery?

Yup, most of the dash lights will clear after driving. But if your airbag light is on it will need to be reset via Durametric or a dealer visit unfortunately.

Plus the memory seat won't work and a few other items will need to be reset if you remove the battery and don't keep 12 volts on it.

Have to go to dealer to re-code the options to be on, or buy and know how to use the Durametric. Not sure why Porsche does this....but they do and we have to live with it.
