Default Dent in back of the seat

Hi,

I got this dent in the back of the passenger driver's seat - can I do anything to repair it ?

if you have a heat gun, heat up the damage area in a circular motion, left/right, etc. or else you'll burn It. Don't know if a blow dryer is hot enough. worth a try if you don't have a heat gun. here's a video that might help. G/L

If it's leather, a fabric steamer would probably work

It is leather, but it is hard, I don't think I can work it out as he did in the video.
