Oil pressure is fine.
Those rotors have some grooves but I don't think they're cracked. Looks like they've got pad imprints. Very common. Of course, checking to be certain is important, but I think you'll find they're not cracked. This car looks like it's worth a PPI.

This car looks great. I'm not an expert like others here, but I don't see anything that should rule this car out. A PPI is always a good idea, and I think if you get a clear one here you'd be hard pressed to find much less "risk". These cars are all a bit of a gamble but so is everything else.

This one has a very similar build to my '10 C4S cab and very similar MSRP, and they're asking over $10k LESS than I paid for mine less than a year ago... (Mine had 16xxx miles at purchase but still, I think this is a very good asking price on this car and a good place for you to start talking.)
