Default Help with this strange cap

I swapped in my new EVOMS intake, but I can't get past this 710 cap that I had to relocate.

I've not been able to identify any 710 fluids, but I'm guessing this has something to do with a rear-engine car?

It looks like this is an Australian spec car. If you read everything whilst standing on your head, it may help

710 is the liquid self hardening cement you must top off and add monthly or every 1,000 miles.

Crap. I already added blinker fluid to it.

This is good stuff. I use it in all my cars:

It's the filler for the 710 detergent, I top it off once a month with this aftermarket stuff- much cheaper than the OEM branded stuff from the dealership and I believe it's made in the same factory in Romania.

Thanks, TJ40

Indeed, this is 710 fluid from the link. I've ordered some up.
