Exterior modifications done for 997.2 4S
In preparation for spring, I am wrapping up some exterior mods on the car
I have added new wheels, modified the rear bumper to euro spec, rear window spoiler painted to match, head light rings and front Spoiler.
Looks good but its missing that ducktail. I have kept all the original parts as well. I am going for more of the Sport Classic Look. Thought I would share to give others ideas

how did you modify that bumper? the looks great since a true eurospec bumper would have an extra wide licence plate area that the north american rear plate wouldn't fill in...
ps. your rear end looks really great with the painted diffuser and the other details.... a getty ducktail would look perfect given the current setup.

As for the badging, I actually dont mind it, and lean more toward liking it. If i ever do a ducktail, I will change it.
The bumper is custom done, I removed the bumper and the silly 5mph impact pieces on the steel piece under the bumper.
We then took the bumperettes and cut them to use as side structural support. Lay fiber glass over the top, a little compound and sanding to smooth it out. Lay down the color and clear and it was done. Then spray the lower for the GTS look, Riza Autobody in Des Plaines Illinois did the work and the owner Vlad is a fellow Porsche enthusiast.
