I could not resist and get a set as well.

Now I have a question. The tires on my wheels currently are only a year old can I have them taken of including the TPMS and put on these new wheels or is that a bad idea. I never had a car with TPMS so I just want to make sure and ask.

very fair price for oem sport classic rims, and makes great sense for those of us who like to stick with oem wheels

this style wheel has excellent reps by avant garde, among others, for a small fraction of the price, even on sale. oem sport classics are cast so they do not have a performance advantage over reps, and reps have better offsets for narrow body applications

the situation is entirely analogous to classic bmw e46 m3 csl rims, where excellent reps have made oem replacements hard to sell

Sorry I misunderstood what OEM was. I thought OEM meant they originally came on a car (2010 Porsche Sport Classic) or were offered directly by the car manufacture as optional equipment (which these are in the Porsche catalog as such)

As for the TPMS I believe you are correct, you can take them off your other wheels and have them installed on these with your tires. I plan on getting another set so that I can have the orig. Lobster claws for track days.

Wow this is a great price... Funny enough I have a nb car but am using the wide body sport classics I love the filling of the rear wheels just need spacers for the front

Per my earlier post, these are cast aluminum FUCHS knock-offs. The real forged FUCHS are available direct from FUCHS Germany and several others have imported direct as did I for my 997 per my sig.

Sorry not to be a stickler, but nobody in any earlier post said these were "Fucshs" only that they were OEM and Sport Classic Wheels. BTW this is exactly what I wanted and am so excited to get them ASAP!
