They are a spun off of 360Forged, ADV.1 has a horrible history of ripping people off, taking forever (b/c they don't manufacturer their own wheels), and some quality issues. The two guys that owned 360forged owned ADV.1 now, just changing your name doesn't change your reputation. Have to say, they are a leader in design, they come up with some really nice looking wheels making HRE looks classic. They cater to the exotic crowd now and their wheels are way way overpriced, maybe I'm just poor, I'm not spending $10K for wheels/tire combo. So seeing them on Japanese imports are rare unless it's the GTR. If you get a good price on a used set, go for it, but I would never buy new, not paying that much for aesthetics.
