Not just lobsters but lobster forks, a rarely used utensil that - outside of some areas of the NE - would likely only be used on formal occasions.

LOL. It just occurred to me I have no idea what the formal name is for those rims? I even have been known to call them "Lobby's" on occasion which clearly makes me a massive ******. 😄.
