Picking up our first 911 (1/2006 build date 997.1) tomorrow, and wondering why the brake light looks orange instead of red on one side, tail and back up lights OK. Tech says most likely a yellow brake light bulb was installed, instead of the P21 clear bulb.
Aren't all the bulbs on the LED conversions for Gen 1 997s the LED type instead of filament ?
It appears that I need to get the make of the conversion lens, there are multiple designs. There is also a fog light issue depending on what the tech did and did not do on the car. Mine does show a error on the rear fog light on the dash. Wish I had the original lenses, but I will get it sorted out once I get the make. I think mine are DT MOTO smoked.
Thanks
Charlie
