Approx 15,600 miles on the heads and they are in great condition. Fits 997-2 Carrera S and 4S with 9A1 3.8L, non-turbo engine.
I am selling my used 997-2 cylinder heads, both banks cylinders 1-3 & 4-6 for $2000 or best offer. Pics in my ad.
Please PM me if interested. I will reply to all offers.

I did it for the track and to have a bit more confidence in minimizing engine wear & tear (also a good chance to open things up and make sure everything was looking good ... it was). There is a slight feel of improvement at the high end rpm's - slightly more torquey. Low end, almost no change that I can tell. If Porsche hadn't significantly dropped the price recently I'd probably not do it. But I do like knowing that the 20 - 30 hp increase is mechanical and not a "flash" of the DME (had to have the DME re-coded due to powerkit parameters with the PIWIS system). And I do have that way cool carbon fiber air box with the "Porsche Exclusive Powerkit" logo.
