Is there a parts diagram online anywhere that I can use as a resource? I dont seem to recall where the plastic torx screw and the plastic insert go. I think they are on the top furthest point forward - but I cant recall.

I believe it attaches to the plastic heat shield over the muffler and through the tab on the rear bumper cover.

Did plugs just a few weeks ago. The plastic torx/insert goes under each tail light assembly, securing the bumper to body.

Correct - the plastic insert came out - which is why I was having a hard time. It presses into the muffler heat shield allowing the plastic torx screw to go through the canted tab on the bumper.

I realize that this will make no sense to anyone unless they have done this... lol!
