Could be just a sticky hydraulic lifter especially if the engine sat for a while. Often they'll work themselves free over time.

Also, don't rule out bad fuel. After you run through this tank you may find that the problem goes away.

Still no codes? You've got the durametric- why not use it? Knowing the codes could pinpoint a semi-bad coil etc. right away.
