This is not a wise investment.
I would walk away and focus my efforts on another vehicle. If you can't afford an S - just wait for prices come down.

Two things:
A fool is parted with his money quickly... (I've seen this enough in my life)
An average American lives by what he can afford monthly not what he can actually afford.

I always try to avoid being the two.

Ok, you get a 2 year warranty. My first reaction is so what?

The warranty probably won't cover any issues that arose from the collision so I'm not sure how much protection that warranty will provide in this regard.

And with only 2 years' coverage unless you plan on getting rid of the car after two years when the warranty expires -- and face a huge depreciation hit when (if) you find a buyer -- you then own the car sans any warranty.

My advice is to walk away from this car.
Thank you everyone for the insight. It is much appreciated. KS

I recently discussed the car you mentioned with that dealer . I was told that a wheel was also ruined , being 4x4 that was a turn off . I opted for the 09 . I told them I would be a buyer for the damaged car but not at their price . My past Porsche selling experience made me think twice .

Sounds like you're trying to talk yourself into buying it. It may be great today (I doubt that though), but think about the issues when you go to sell it in the future.

I did test drive it and the turbo S Is an amazing car, it was my first time driving one, very impressed with it. Will definitely pick one up in the next 6mths or so.
