Smile Finally, my 997.1 4S , Sport Chronot Manual

Ten years ago I told my coworker that I would save up enough to buy an Audi R8 that year. Didn't happened. Between then and now, I worked really hard , lots and lots of overtimes, got married to a great wife, had a 2 year 8 month old child, sponsored a boy from Tibet, charity work here and there... I could have waited, but then I met this beautiful wide body 911 by chance, and I had to have it be a part of my life. I still don't think i deserve it yet, but working my way there. I only need one car in my life, and it's a great feeling to know that I've found it.

Congrats on the new ride, at least you can put kids in the back of this car vs. the R8.

Thanks. I have a child seat in the back. He's warming up to it.

Beautiful car and I love the widebody. Honestly you won't miss the R8. I sat in one at the Porsche dealer and it's actually claustrophobic in there. There's a dearth of storage space as well. The 911 has way more space and it's much more practical.

Salute! Welcome to the 4S club I got mine in October and been driving it as much as possible, its cold back east here so I'm on summer tires that can get stiff and squirrly….but I did hit 110 today on a nice section of road near DC.

Thanks guys. I'm really digging the 'Baby Onboard' sticker. When I test drove it, had to end it early because I got it, it's that good...
