Wonder if taking U2's album title to start the conversation would work?

I was in Paris with my family this summer and made a solo side trip to Stuttgart to see the factory and Museum. It was an easy ~3 hour train ride each way on the TGV.

Thanks for the idea, sounds like a reasonable plan. I just shudder at the thought of my wife alone in Paris with her credit cards.

Wife also wants to go to Europe, but i'm not sure i'm going to do Stuttgart again, apart from that great museum I always find Germany to be a little dry in comparison.

Really want to hit Prague next round.

I've heard great things about Berlin.

Nova997: I started my trip in Paris, and ended in The Hague before coming coming home. The drive from Paris to Stuttgart looks like it'd be really nice. I'm sure the train is nice and like all trains in Europe, hassle free.

I was there last Friday (7 Nov). Drove from Dusseldorf about 400Km, nice drive! I was also fortunate enough to have a factory tour, and saw a 918 drive out of the factory gates with a Porsche Exec at the wheel. Great experience, and well worth the trip.
