Default New shocks or coil overs

When getting my tire replaced I noticed oil coming out of my rear shock. I have a 2005 c2 that is only used as a DD and some spirited driving. I want to replace all strut/shocks as the car has over 90k miles. There are some cheaper coil overs out there but not sure of reliability. I understand that the coil overs would be a stiffer ride. Pelican has heavy duty and normal shocks but no description on them. Any thoughts?

With 90k miles I'd replace all 4. Bilstein makes some direct replacement units as a good base for a car used only on the street
