My Horn stopped working
I went to honk as some twit who blocked the intersection so nobody could get by last night and my horn didn't work. I went out today and check the fuse and it wasn't blown. I did recently have my Dension unit die after several years of service and I did just make a trip to the dealer to get my airbag warning reset. I swapped the track seat out and put the standard seat in but still got the warning.
Honestly, I have no idea how long the horn has been dead.

Horn does beep when the car is locked with the trunk open.
How would the airbag spring break and wouldn't it give off a code?

Research airbag clock spring to understand what it is. People usually break them if they take off their steering wheel for some reason and misalign it. But they can also just break...

My airbag light came on when I swapped in my gt3 seat because it lacks a side airbag. Then I swapped back to the standard seat and had the dealer reset it and it's off. If it's an error, wouldn't it come back on when it detects the error again?

FWIW,this is what an airbag clock spring looks like. The inside has a wire winding, like a clock spring. It makes for a continuous connection to your airbag and horn. I believe in some cases it can provide power to the multifunction steering wheel too,but I'm not sure about that...
If any of the wires in the winding gets pinched/broken your airbag light will come on and your horn will stop working.
I can't be 100% sure what the problem is in your case without running a PIWIS diagnostic, but it's something to be considered.

Thanks guys. I guess it's another trip to the dealer. Maybe something needs to be rebooted.
Hopefully it's nothing major.

OK, so new development. I have a code reader app on my iPhone. I decided to see what it says. I go out, plug in my OBD2 port reader and start the car. No errors but that doesn't mean much as it's just a phone app. Anyway, I press the horn ring and it honks. Just once and then nothing. I shut down locked it and then got back in and restarted it. Nothing.
So, I guess that should rule out the Clock spring?
