This is true. It happened to me once when ordering rubber mats form Weather Tech. I even discussed the mats with a phone rep before ordering and they still got it wrong. At the time, they thought all 997's with the BOSE stereo had the cut out on passenger front mat to accommodate the sub-woofer. So, they sent me the wrong mats and I had to send them back. They tried to tell me I was going to have to pay for return shipping because I had made the mistake. They said that I couldn't have the BOSE stereo if I didn't need the cut-out on the passenger front for my coupe.

Finally, I was able to talk to someone at Weather Tech who knew something and he corrected their website.

I've had the Weather Tech and Porsche mats and I prefer the Porsche mats. Nothing wrong with the Weather Techs, I just like the look of the Porsche ones better.
