Newbie-First Porsche in garage
I am a convert: Corvette to 911. After four Corvettes( I kept one in the garage, just in case) yesterday I traded in my 2005 Corvette Z51 Red/Red to buy a 2008 Porsche Carrera S 6 speed in Red with 35,000 miles.
On Sunday I drove 9.5 hours , from Naples, Fl. to Roswell, GA to buy the car.
Yesterday I enjoyed my 9.5 hours back to Naples.
I have been looking, asking questions and reading all the many different posts this year on Rennlist and felt connected to what I wanted in my Porsche.
Thanks.

Nice car but at first I thought Jim Ellis until I saw the temp plate from Palmer. Odd car for them to have on their lot, please take off that God-awful dealer advertisement on the driver's rear.
Really hate dealers that do that crap and from my experience its not the easiest stuff to remove. Goo gone is what I've used in the past.
Seriously, congrats.
