I installed an Techart paddle shifter and when it was all together, I connected the battery. When I turn the ignition on, the horn blares non-stop. Then I disconnect the battery and release the airbag, leaving it 1/4" out of its final sitting place and connect the battery again...no horn... Repeat being as careful as possible with the little wiring harness, and when I turn on the ignition....horn is on again!
Anyone know what is going on and how to fix this?

I found it. the airbag retainer was unclipped from front plastic support. it clips in 2 locations. clipped it back in and it now works great.
