Did you buy a reproduction bumper, or OEM?
Thanks front bumper, chin spoiler and rear decklid are Porsche OEM from Suncoast http://www.suncoastparts.com/product...e=997s_aerokit. Next mod is to add a 3rd radiator that I bought last year. The fit of the new parts are very good....just a swap.

The DIY seems pretty straight forward. Did you have any hang ups? Any tips?

BTW....Love the Aero......amazing what an *** and face lift can do.....just ask Bruce Jenner.

I had Autometrics do the work. Everything but bleeding the cooling system seemed straight forward. I do my own maintenance, I've started going to Autometrics for professional installation of most mods or repairs for peace of mind and resale value.

I've done really simple stuff like engine mounts and plenum, but everything else goes to the pros.

Hey, her name's Caitlyn now.

DIY is pretty easy. The hardest part for me was figuring out how to finagle the Schwaben vacuum tool onto the coolant overflow tank. I suspect you won't have a problem if you use the Airlift tool.

Made filling up the system a breeze. I used to do it the old-school way: fill 'er up, start 'er up, burp the system and add water. These coolant evacuation tools make it a hell of a lot easier.
