Funny I own a 2009 911 auto and have been contemplating a 355 Berlinetta (in addition) But has to be black/tan. Great price!

For more info on the seller and his car for sale, check this recent post about him from the 993 board, where his reputation precedes him:

I live about a mile away. He's always out in his carport...err..."shop" working on it. What isn't shown in the pics is the goat that's usually tied-up to the bumper.

I love when people take a picture of a part and that is supposed to be sufficient proof that it was properly replaced. I noted from another thread he has no receipt or proof that the timing belt was actually done.
And then there's the fact that he cut a hole in the subframe to do service on the engine that normally requires a pull. How can you think that is acceptable?

I had a '99 Spyder back in 2002-2007, great car and a lot of fun.....until it breaks....then it's sticks close to your wallet!

I was on top of maintenace to the point of halving intervals just to spend less money than fixing something that breaks.

The saying goes "there are two memorable days of owning a Ferrari, the day you buy and the day you sell....selling is much more pleasurable".

Couldn't agree more.
