Default Help Needed: Clunk when pressing clutch on 997.2

Hi everyone,

I just purchased a used 2010 997 C2S. When depressing the clutch, usually from neutral to 1st gear, I feel and hear a light clunk. This seems to happen only when I disengage the clutch. Is this normal? Also, when I press the pedal down, I can push a bit harder and the pedal moves maybe an additional 1/2 inch. Could there be slack in my clutch pedal where the clutch that is causing this or this a sign of the clutch going bad? Thanks guys!

-Dennis

I'd start with the cheapest and easiest first,so check your transmission mount.
