Do 997s have option stickers?
Per an earlier post, just bought a 2012 GTS. During my inspection prior to purchase, I noticed there is no option sticker under the hood. My 996GT3 had that (don't recall if my long-gone 993TT and 996C2 did), but should the GTS have it? I know that could be an indicator of an accident, hood replaced.
The salesman said he was unaware of such a sticker, of course, the Carfax is clear, and I could not see any evidence of repairs. But, now, wondering.

Look in your maintenance manual, page 2. Factory stopped putting inside hood with 997 and issued the sticker loose leaving it up to dealer to put under the hood, or in the designated place in the maintenance book or just left loose.

Thanks. Mine is blank, and not amongst all the other booklets/papers I have. I'll do another search, though, and/or contact the dealer to see if they can scare it up (unlikely). Guess I could do a Cert of Authenticity to get the info. I do have the build sheet, which does list out the options.
