After seeing this, I am glad I "DIY" most of the routine maintenance on my car. In fact when I need tires changed, I bring the wheels to the tire shop off the car. Unfortunately no one will ever care more about your car than you do.

No one cares for your stuff as much as you do. But this guy is ridiculous. I am glad the wheel didn't fall off on owner on his way home.

That mechanic's behavior is definitely not good for their business. I’m not advocating the mechanic lose his job over this but at the very least the owner of that garage needs to give that mechanic an attitude readjustment. Like it or not, they work in a service industry and customer satisfaction should be a priority and that includes treating customers and their cars with respect.

Summary of the video starts with the mechanic driving the car across the sidewalk and through the grass about 100 meters to the next building to put the car on a lift. Shop talk among the mechanics ensues with copious amounts of butthurt and how the customer should have been told to f*ck off.
