Just a thought,

I had trouble because I am still using windows XP. Updated to service pack 3 and ran all the available updates and now works for me.

I have always used Firefox, but ran into the access problem earlier in the week. But it seemed to correct itself finally so no more problem for me.

My problem cropped up while on Windows 7 on my PC and on Mavericks on my Macbook Pro, and IOS 7 on my Macbook Pro. It suddenly stopped being a problem the other night after 2 days of being unable to connect to server. Must have been a 6speed issue, as I didn't do anything.

I couldn't get on with Chrome last week, but was able to with IE. I cleared my cache with Chrome, and it worked for a few minutes, then back to not loading pages. I closed all of my open Chrome windows and restarted, and it's been fine ever since.
