I finally got the title, registration and plate transfer for my 997. Texas really makes it tough to complete the purchase if you are out of state. As the car has no place for a front plate unless you drill the bumper, the dealership recommended a system from USMillworks (http://www.usmillworks.com). Their system uses the tow hook area. Very tidy. I am sure there are other products that are similar, but this product was very impressive.
