Default Fabspeed Supercup Exhaust

Good day, all.

So, after at one point stating I had no desire to perform any modifications to the car, I'm liking the idea of getting some really beefy killer exhaust. I found Fabspeed's Supercup system, noting the "Loud and aggressive..." part but also the "...recommended for track use only." part. Are any of you using this system or have heard it in person? Is it just too much for everyday [non-track] use?

Thanks for your time, as always.

I DO have guys that run the supercup on the road. Some say it's not so bad, some say it's the loudest thing that they have ever heard and that they have had a migraine for two weeks after a 5 minute drive.

What I am getting at is that the sound is VERY subjective. The supercup sounds GREAT when the car comes onto power band and up to redline. In the lower/mid RPM where you would be cruising on the highway, it will drone.

A good medium direction to go could be the Valvetronic Maxflo muffler if you think the regular Maxflo would be too quiet. The valvetronic in quiet setting is the same loudness as the maxflo except when you open the valves it gets about 20% louder, somewhere in between the Maxflo and the supercup.

PM me if you have any specific questions, I will be happy to help!

Evan
