Hi Rennlisters,
Time for update here.
In the past weeks have done a lot of things on the 997!
We cutted the excess of metal to weld the rear right quarter exterior sheet:
The welding of quarter sheet:
The welding of the colwdash corner:
The car is primed to avoid the rust during the time we rebuild the interior (the car is gonna paint at the end of the project to avoid any scratch or dent):
On the way back home:
Photos of the car on primer:
The fun begin:
(The next photo is an old one)
Put the Heater box, dash frame, dash electric wiring, air bag...
The dash board ready to put in the car:
Can't wait to wash and wax this beauty. Wow I'm a lucky guy!
The dash board is installed in the car:
Installation of the tweeters and defrost vents:
Installed:
Chrono pod is installed:
The center vent installed:
That's it for today:
I'm going to work on the Porsche tommorow!
I will try to take a lot of photos.
The cluster, fuse box, center console, cup holder, glove box and much more should be installed!
Thanks
Charles
