Dan,

Yup pretty much hand polish, wipe and qtips, I'll have to do a more detailed write up on that and post it up.

Phil,
What do you use/recommend when cleaning/polishing the plastic fender guard?
Looks great!

do you mean the wheel wells?

if so, clean them up with an All Purpose and brush and then dress with Adam's Invisible Undercarriage Spray

No the clear fender guard in front of rear wheels. I was always cautious using any abrasive polishes on it.
Thanks

I see the clear film /rock guards.

Well seeing that the customer was going to replace them anyway we had nothing to lose, we used the Sonax Perfect Finish on with an Uber Orange Pad on the Rupes LHR15ES and polished as much out as we could.

Turned out well.

That's great work and well worth it I'd say! Would easily get back 4 times that amount if not more if the guy was prepping it for sale.

So you use a machine to polish car I take it? What product would you recommend for just light swirl marks/scuffs, to use by hand?

yes this really only can be achieved by machine, that being said if you have the time (alot of it) you can get some good results by hand.

you can use what we used above Menzerna FG400 followed by Sonax Perfect Finish.

you can also use other products that will be great by hand but will remove some lights scratches and swirls but hide them as well.

My guess would be DIY project or Rennline.

Phillip, Great work. Can you tell us did the areas with the vinyl and clear bra need much correction after removal?
