Quote in writing, with OEM glass, with proper watermark.
Good glass saves lives. Don't skimp.
If you do go dealer route, you should have a warranty too.

Had Safelite do my Panamera. Make sure they do the Piano Wire install. Guys was rough on my car and small dent in roof and dash has small tear...also he was very bloody because he slipped with the tool (causing the dent). They were good about it after I complained. BUT watch them do the entire thing otherwise you may miss something.

Check out this thread on glass. Guy named 1100S had LY (Chinese!) glass installed into his 09. Alt glass is absolutely available for our Carreras. I had a Pilkington shield installed into my Boxster - a non-OEM maker - an old American brand and it had a warp in the field of view... I complained and they put another one in - long story.
