Yes you only turn 23 once, but you'll continue to turn 4o, over and over and over. Ten years for me so far.

First I've heard the 2006 Porsche 911 having a heavy clutch or being difficult.

I once purchased a 500hp Shelby GT500 off the showroom floor without ever having driven a manual transmission in my life. I didn't even know how to get it out of the parking lot, but let me tell you I learned to drive real quick

Get the car you want and have fun.

My 92C2 had a heavy clutch, I was overjoyed with my 06S clutch.
06 way more refined, 02 may be more old school Porsche.

My first thought when I hear a car has a heavy clutch is that it probably needs replacement.

Get the GD 2006 and just drive it....you know how! The clutch is not heavy!

Have a blast and don't worry; it's the one you love...not the dopey 2002.

Life is short!

Tom
