The grills
Did my own rendition of grills before we left. Bought flexible plastic grill on eBay attached with black zip ties. Worked super. Larry

Only downside with plastic is that it may brake otherwise why not. But it os an easy job so if it brakes it may be redone. Looks good.

However if it can break a plastic grill it could damage the radiator finns farther back, just saying...

If you take out the vertical slat, the mesh will fit flush. See the DIY sticky at the top which includes my version of the mesh install:
