That is the color! But i cleaned that off already! Damn i need to buy a new set now!
Jh, no pic of the tires but at least you get to see all the cars beside my car. My car is the white one beside the bluish silver 993 turbo beside the red 964.

If i have successfully removed the brown coating that could be some kind of protection did i just remove a few years from the tires life? Does it mean constant 303 application? I doubt if michelin woukd put something like that that makes the tires look awful after driving. Maybe its just there for during storage and should actually be removed once its being used already. Other mpss users have also noticed this brown coating so i guess it not because of any tire dressing

Don't worry there's still some embedded in the rubber. It's not a coating per se, it's mixed into the rubber. Don't sweat it. Michelin engineers take a lot of offense to people constantly wiping that stuff off!
