Default OT - My New Daily Driver

I picked up a 2014 Audi S6 today... It will be my DD for the next few years. I have some black HREs on order. Tint next week.

Some pics from delivery today. It's already dropped into dynamic ride height (sits nicely now - see last pic).

How did you lower it? Program the suspension to remain in dynamic?

Awesome car! Congrats!

I test drove an S4 earlier this year and REALLY liked it. I was telling a buddy of mine if I had to have a auto/pdk sedan to DD it would be Audi!

Yes. Individual mode lets me set all the parameters, so I left the suspension in Dynamic. It's not too rough, so I'll leave it there. Not worth spending $1800 plus labor to get the H&R programmer.

I traded in a 2013 S4 for this car. The S4 is a great car - I only sold it since I had some other issues with it (unreported port damage - the dealer did me a solid and took the car back).

I sold it to make some budget space for my wife to stay home with our daughter. I'll have another Porsche in the near future - looking at backdate cars, RS-As, early 993s, maybe a new Cayman GTS. This is occupying my Porsche budget these days:

Congrats! I liked that car but it was a bit beyond our desired budget for a DD. Looks great in white!

S4 is no slouch... It was just a good opportunity to grab an S6 for just a little more, so I did it. Be very happy with your S4 - I loved mine, even knowing the S6 was coming.

The S6 is a beast, I thought about one for a DD instead of my Truck, maybe a few years. I think it is a lot more car for the money than the S4, although I love both.

Congrats!!!!!!!!

Nice!

I am considering trading my 997 in for a '13 S6 this week. It is extremely tempting -- a beast in a three piece suit. M5/CTS-V Killer.

I am in the same boat as I need a more family friendly unit.
